Getting Your Order to You
At Life’s Treasures & More, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains how we fulfill and ship your orders, what to expect for delivery times, and how shipping costs are calculated.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.
We do not currently ship internationally, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
Digital products are available worldwide and are delivered electronically via email—no shipping required!
2. How We Fulfill Orders
Print-on-Demand:
Our physical products (books, planners, journals, etc.) are printed on-demand specifically for your order. This means we don’t keep inventory sitting in a warehouse—instead, each item is custom-printed after you place your order. This approach allows us to:
• Offer competitive pricing (Kingdom Economics at work!)
• Reduce waste and environmental impact
• Keep our business sustainable and focused on ministry
• Ensure every product is fresh and high-quality
Because items are made-to-order, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted to production (usually within 1-2 hours of ordering).
Fulfillment Partners:
We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment services to produce and ship your orders. These partners handle printing, quality control, packaging, and shipping on our behalf. All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping through USPS or other reliable carriers.
3. Processing and Production Time
Once you place an order, here’s what happens:
1. Order Received: You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
2. Production (3-5 business days): Your item is printed, bound, and prepared for shipping
3. Shipped: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
4. Delivery: Your order arrives at your doorstep
Total time from order to delivery: 7-14 business days
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events) or due to circumstances beyond our control. If we become aware of any delays with your order, we’ll contact you with updated information.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of items in your order and are automatically calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. The more you order, the lower your per-item shipping cost becomes—this is Kingdom Economics in action!
Standard Shipping Rates:
• 1 item: $5.99
• 2-3 items: $7.99
• 4-6 items: $9.99
• 7-10 items: $12.99
• 11-20 items: $16.99
• 21-50 items: $24.99
• 51-75 items: $34.99
• 76-99 items: $44.99
Bulk Orders (100+ items): For orders of 100 or more items, please contact us at bulkorders@lifestreasuresmore.shop for special bulk pricing and shipping arrangements. We’re happy to work with churches, ministries, bookstores, and organizations to create custom quotes that fit your needs.
Digital Products: Digital downloads have no shipping costs—they’re delivered instantly via email after purchase!
Note: Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing, but you’ll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
• Tracking number
• Carrier information (USPS or other)
• Link to track your package
You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, please contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is placed, we have a very limited window to make changes.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with:
• Your order number
• The incorrect address on the order
• The correct shipping address
We can update the address if your order hasn’t been submitted to production yet (usually within 1-2 hours). Once production begins or the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Important: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Please verify your shipping information carefully at checkout.
7. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:
1. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, side doors, etc.)
2. Ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake
3. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
4. If you still can’t locate it after contacting the carrier, email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number and we’ll work with you to find a solution
Unfortunately, once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop within 30 days with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging (if available)
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—your choice. You can keep or discard the damaged item; you don’t need to ship it back to us.
Delayed Shipments:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement, please contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop so we can investigate.
8. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with:
• Your order number
• Description of what you received vs. what you ordered
• Photos (if applicable)
We’ll send the correct item at no additional charge. You can keep or discard the incorrect item.
9. Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited or rush shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping and typically arrive within 7-14 business days. If you need an item by a specific date, please place your order well in advance to allow for production and shipping time.
10. Customs, Duties, and International Orders
We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship internationally. We do not handle customs, duties, or international shipping fees.
If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to purchase our products, consider our digital download options, which are available worldwide and delivered electronically.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to verify the correct address. You may be responsible for reshipping costs if the incorrect address was provided by you.
If we cannot reach you or if you do not respond within 30 days, the order may be canceled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.
12. Refunds for Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item or a damaged product). If you qualify for a refund under our Refund and Returns Policy, we’ll refund the product cost but not the original shipping fee. See our Refund and Returns Policy for complete details.
13. Order Cancellations
Because our products are made-to-order and printed on-demand, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been submitted to production (typically within 1-2 hours of ordering).
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if production has already started.
14. Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holidays, major sales events, or peak seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume. We’ll do our best to notify you of any expected delays and will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please plan ahead and order early if you need items by a specific date.
