Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment processor.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, an account is required to purchase products and access digital downloads. Creating an account takes just a minute and allows you to track orders, access your digital downloads, and manage your information easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through WooPayments, our secure payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed through WooPayments and PayPal, both of which are PCI-compliant and use industry-standard security measures. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. You can shop with confidence knowing your payment information is safe.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the “Coupon Code” field before completing your purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to orders after they’ve been placed.
Do you offer bundle deals or package discounts?
Not currently, but we’re always looking for ways to provide more value to our customers! Sign up for our email newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know about special promotions, bundle offers, and seasonal sales.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because our physical products are printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted to production (usually within 1-2 hours of ordering). Contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders after they’ve been placed. Each order is processed separately and submitted to production within 1-2 hours.
To save on shipping:
• Add all items you want to your cart before checking out
• The more items you order together, the lower your per-item shipping cost (Kingdom Economics!)
Just Placed Two Separate Orders? If you placed multiple orders within the last hour and they haven’t been submitted to production yet, contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with both order numbers. We’ll check if it’s possible to cancel and combine them, but we cannot guarantee this.
Can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Yes! Every order comes with receipt information that you can access anytime.
Your Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that serves as your receipt. It includes all purchase details, order number, items purchased, and total amount paid.

3. Click “View” on any order to see complete details
This order details page shows your full receipt information and can be printed or saved as needed.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of items in your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. The more you order, the lower your per-item shipping cost becomes—Kingdom Economics at work! For detailed shipping rates, see our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most physical products arrive within 7-14 business days from the date you place your order. This includes 3-5 business days for printing and production, plus shipping time. Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order hasn’t been submitted to production yet (usually within 1-2 hours of ordering), we can update the address. Once the order is in production or has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your item ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, or if your tracking shows no movement, please contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop so we can investigate.
My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
Production or shipping may occasionally take longer due to high volume periods, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. If we become aware of any delays with your order, we’ll contact you with updated information. If you’re concerned about your order, please email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and around your property
2. Contact your local post office or the shipping carrier using the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email
3. If you still can’t locate it after contacting the carrier, email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Digital Downloads
How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchasing a digital product, you’ll receive a download link via email. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account and going to My Account → Downloads. Important: You must be logged in to access your downloads.
How many times can I download a digital product?
You have 3 download attempts per digital product. This allows you to download to multiple devices (computer, tablet, phone) or retry if a download is interrupted. Download your files immediately and save them to a secure location on your device.
How long do I have to download my digital product?
Download links expire 10 days after purchase. Please download your files promptly and save them to your device. We cannot provide additional downloads after your 3 attempts are exhausted or after the 10-day expiration period.
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, make sure you’re checking the email address associated with your account. If you genuinely didn’t receive your download link, contact us at digitalsupport@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number and we’ll resend it.
What format are digital products?
All digital products are delivered as PDF files. You’ll need a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free) to open and use them. Make sure your device can open PDF files before purchasing.
Can I print my digital planner/journal?
Yes! Our digital products are designed to be printable. You can print the entire file or just the pages you need. However, printing quality and results depend on your printer and settings—we cannot provide technical support for printing issues.
The file won’t open on my device. Can you help?
We provide the digital files in standard PDF format. If you’re having trouble opening them, this is typically a device or software compatibility issue. We cannot provide technical support for your device or software. Please ensure you have a PDF reader installed and that your device meets the requirements before purchasing. If you believe there’s an issue with the file itself, contact us at digitalsupport@lifestreasuresmore.shop.
Can I share my digital download with my spouse/friend/church?
No. Each digital product purchase is for one person’s personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or giving away our digital products—even to family members—violates our copyright and Terms and Conditions. Each person who wants to use our digital products must purchase their own copy. For group or church use, please contact us about special licensing at groupsupport@lifestreasuresmore.shop.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Physical Products: 30-day quality guarantee for production defects, shipping damage, or wrong items received.
Digital Products: ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

My book/planner arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
• Your order number
• The item name
• Photos of the damage
We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice. You can keep or discard the damaged item; you don’t need to ship it back to us.
I received the wrong item. How do I get the correct one?
Please contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number and photos showing what you received vs. what you ordered. We’ll send you the correct item at no charge. You can keep or discard the incorrect item.
Can I return an item if I just changed my mind?
No. Because our physical products are printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions and details carefully before ordering.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes. However, if you received the wrong size or color due to a production error (we sent the wrong item), we’ll send you the correct one at no charge.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we’ve reviewed your photos and approved your return request, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
I bought a digital product but it’s not what I expected. Can I get a refund?
No. All digital product sales are final with no exceptions. Once downloaded, digital products cannot be returned. Please review the product description, preview images, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a digital product is right for you, contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop before purchasing.
Account & Login
How do I create an account?
Click “My Account” at the top of any page, then click “Register.” Enter your email address and create a password. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click “Lost your password?” Enter your email address and we’ll send you a password reset link.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Account Details. You can update your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address there.
How do I view my order history?
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders. You’ll see a list of all your past orders with details and status.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Please email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We’ll process your request within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or business purposes (like order history for tax records).
Why can’t I complete my order as a guest?
To provide you with the best possible service and protect your purchases, an account is required for all orders at Life’s Treasures & More. This helps us:

I’m not receiving emails from you. What should I do?
If you’re not receiving order confirmations, shipping notifications, or download links, here’s what to check:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Our emails sometimes get filtered as spam. Look for emails from Life’s Treasures & More and move them to your inbox.
Add Us to Your Safe Sender List: Add our email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.
Verify Your Email Address:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to My Account → Account Details
3. Make sure your email address is correct
4. Update it if needed
For Digital Downloads: If you purchased a digital product and didn’t receive your download link, you can access it by logging into your account and going to My Account → Downloads. Your download link will be available there.

Products
What’s the difference between physical and digital products?
Physical Products are printed books and planners that are shipped to your address. They’re printed on-demand specifically for your order and typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
Digital Products are PDF downloads that you can access immediately after purchase. You download them to your device and can print them yourself if desired.
Product listings clearly indicate whether an item is physical (“Printed Book,” “Planner,” etc.) or digital (“Digital Download”).
Can I order a physical AND digital version of the same product?
Yes! Some products are available in both formats. You’ll need to add each version to your cart separately. They are priced differently because the physical version includes printing and shipping costs.
Can I preview or see a sample of a product before buying?
Yes! Each product page includes multiple preview images showing the cover, interior pages, and layout. For digital products, we often include sample pages so you can see exactly what you’re getting. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop and we’re happy to provide more information.
Can I purchase a product as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address for the recipient. For physical products, the package will be shipped directly to them. For digital products, the download link will be sent to your email address (the purchaser), so you can forward it to the recipient when you’re ready. We’re also working on adding gift cards—check back soon!
Are your products available on Amazon or other platforms?
Currently, our products are only available through our website at lifestreasuresmore.shop. This allows us to maintain our Kingdom Economics pricing model and keep more profit going directly to support our ministry and future authors. We may expand to other platforms in the future, but for now, you can find our complete catalog right here!
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Check back soon for gift card options.
Can I request a custom product or personalization?
Currently, we don’t offer custom or personalized products. All products are sold as shown in the product listings.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing for churches/ministries?
Yes! Orders of 100 or more books qualify for special bulk pricing. Email us at bulkorders@lifestreasuresmore.shop for wholesale/bulk order information and we’ll work with you to create a custom quote.
Faith & Content
What denomination are you? Will your products work for my church/faith tradition?
Life’s Treasures & More is rooted in orthodox Christian faith but is non-denominational in approach. We affirm core Christian beliefs—the Trinity, the Bible as God’s Word, salvation through Jesus Christ, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit—while respecting the beautiful diversity within the Body of Christ.
Our resources focus on personal transformation, spiritual growth, and seeing life through Heaven’s eyes—themes that resonate across denominational lines. Whether you’re Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, non-denominational, or any other Christian tradition, our products are designed to meet you where you are and encourage deeper relationship with God.
Are your products appropriate for youth groups or teens?
Most of our resources are designed for adults and address themes of trials, transformation, and spiritual maturity that come from lived experience. However, some materials may be appropriate for mature teens (ages 16+) depending on the individual and the content.

Can I use your products for small group or Bible study?
Absolutely! Our resources work wonderfully for small groups, Bible studies, and accountability groups. Each participant should have their own copy—either physical or digital. If you’re leading a church small group and need multiple copies, contact us about group licensing or bulk pricing at groupsupport@lifestreasuresmore.shop.
Sharing a single copy among multiple people violates our copyright, but we’re happy to work with you to make our resources accessible and affordable for your group!
