At Life’s Treasures & More, we’re committed to providing high-quality products that help you see your life through Heaven’s eyes. We stand behind the quality of everything we create, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This Refund and Returns Policy explains our policies for physical and digital products, including what qualifies for a refund or return and how to request one. If you have questions, please contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop.


1. Physical Products

30-Day Quality Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on all physical products (books, planners, journals, etc.). If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll make it right:

Production defects: Misprints, missing pages, binding issues, printing errors

Shipping damage: Items damaged during transit (torn pages, bent covers, water damage, etc.)

Wrong item received: You received a different product than what you ordered

What We’ll Do:

If your item qualifies under our quality guarantee, you can choose:

Replacement: We’ll send you a new, perfect copy at no charge

Full Refund: We’ll refund the full product price to your original payment method

You don’t need to ship the defective or damaged item back to us—you can keep it or discard it.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

• The name of the item

• A description of the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item)

• Clear photos showing the issue (this helps us process your request quickly)

• Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, we’ll send your replacement or process your refund right away.

What Is NOT Covered:

Our quality guarantee does not cover:

Buyer’s remorse: You changed your mind, decided you don’t like it, or ordered the wrong product by mistake

Sizing or color expectations: Slight variations in color due to monitor settings or printing processes

Customer errors: You ordered the wrong size, quantity, or product

Damage after delivery: Items damaged after you received them (spills, tears, wear and tear, etc.)

Lost or stolen packages: Items marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by you (see our Shipping Policy for more information)

Because our products are printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or customer mistakes. Please review product descriptions, preview images, and details carefully before ordering.

Return Shipping:

You do not need to return defective, damaged, or incorrect items to us. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund based on the photos you provide. You can keep or discard the item—your choice.


2. Digital Products

All Sales Final:

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• The product not meeting your expectations

• Purchasing the wrong product by mistake

• Technical issues with your device or software (we cannot provide tech support for your printer, PDF reader, or device compatibility)

• Downloading the file but not using it

• Exhausting your download attempts or missing the download deadline

Why Digital Sales Are Final:

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once downloaded. Because of this, all digital sales are final to protect our intellectual property and prevent abuse.

Before You Purchase:

To ensure you’re happy with your digital purchase, please:

• Review the product description, preview images, and sample pages carefully

• Make sure your device can open and use PDF files (all digital products are delivered as PDFs)

• Verify that you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat Reader is free)

• Contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop if you have questions before purchasing

Technical Issues:

If you experience technical issues downloading your digital product (such as not receiving your download link or the link not working), please contact us at digitalsupport@lifestreasuresmore.shop and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

However, we cannot provide refunds for technical issues with your device, software, or printer. Digital products are provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or software.


3. Refund Processing

Timeline:

Once we’ve approved your refund request for a physical product:

• We’ll process the refund within 7 business days

• The refund goes back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

• It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company

What Gets Refunded:

If you qualify for a refund under our quality guarantee:

Product price: Full refund

Shipping costs: Not refunded (unless the error was our fault, such as sending the wrong item)

If you ordered multiple items and only one was defective or damaged, we’ll refund only the defective/damaged item, not the entire order.

Payment Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds via different payment methods (for example, if you paid with a credit card, we cannot refund you via PayPal).


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse or customer mistakes (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product). Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot exchange items unless there was a production error on our part.

If you received the wrong item due to our error, we’ll send you the correct item at no charge. You can keep or discard the incorrect item.


5. Cancellations

Because our physical products are printed on-demand, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted to production (typically within 1-2 hours of ordering).

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if production has already started.

Digital product purchases cannot be canceled once the download link has been sent.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We’re committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us:

• May result in your account being suspended or terminated

• May delay resolution of your issue

• Could result in fees being charged to you if the chargeback is found to be invalid

We operate with Kingdom Economics principles and will always work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package was damaged during shipping or shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please see our Shipping Policy for detailed instructions on how to handle these situations.

For damaged items, contact us at support@lifestreasuresmore.shop with photos and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.


8. Bulk or Wholesale Orders

Bulk orders (100+ items) may have different return and refund policies. Please contact us at bulkorders@lifestreasuresmore.shop to discuss the specific terms for your bulk order before purchasing.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. When we make changes:

• We’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page

• Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website

• Your continued use of our website after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
